This piece explores the difficulty of seeing oneself clearly when self-doubt is constant. The eye becomes a kayak, carried by unstable waters, symbolizing an ever-shifting self-perception.When our view of ourselves is shaped by doubt, it becomes hard to hold a stable sense of our abilities. Everything feels fragmented, uncertain, and distorted. The work reflects the inner tension between who we are and how we see ourselves.
